Caroline has worked on the Science Park since the first building was opened in 1999 and has since managed the planning and development of a further three Innovation Centres.
Focusing on the Science Park’s strategy for the future, and the opportunity the new development site brings, Caroline steers the team to achieve its success. With long established links with local authorities and central government, as well as private sector groups that represent Science Parks nationally, Caroline is best placed to advise any company looking to move to North Staffordshire.

Chris is responsible for Facilities Management of the Science Park site, including maintenance of buildings and liaison with external contractors. He also offers a bespoke Project Management service to accommodate the varying needs of companies at different stages of growth and manages the process from design concept right through to completion.

Rosi is the first point of contact for commercial property lease and licence enquiries and with SFEDI Accreditation is responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of the operational area of Business Support. She is responsible for raising the profile and reputation of the Park through business networking events and participation in business awards programmes.
As a Chartered Marketer and linguist with a background in international business to business marketing, she also takes an operational lead on external activities such as Inward Investment and Regeneration.

Lucy is developing a new business and innovation start-up centre at the entrance to Keele campus, due to be opened in January 2012. The refurbished farm house will be a dedicated site for companies with a trading history of less than 12 months, who need professional office accommodation and tailored business support. The centre will be popular with Keele graduates as well as entrepreneurs from the wider community.
Lucy can provide support directly to businesses based on the park, or put you in touch with other business support providers dealing in specialist areas such as finance, to ensure that you are getting the right help for your business. Equipment or expertise from colleagues at the University may be available to you, Lucy can introduce you to the right people.
Lucy is also involved with the preparation and delivery of funding bids such as European Regional Development Funds, which have a focus on business and innovation initiatives, on behalf of Keele University Science and Business Park. Lucy can support businesses on campus with their own applications, and also with awards applications if you are looking to raise your business profile.

Providing vital administrative support to the whole team is Kylie Salmon, Science Park Administrator, whose job it is to ensure total quality of service and customer care to all Science Park tenants and potential customers. Kylie works closely with the finance team in the University in the processing of invoices and other finance related matters and is the first point of contact for all tenants on invoicing.

Our four receptionists provide a professional "Meet and Greet" service for all our client companies and provide telephone answering and meeting room booking services.
