Headline Sponsors of Staffordshire Business Festival 2017


Keele University is delighted to be a headline sponsor of the Staffordshire Business Festival for the second consecutive year.

This year’s Festival is a focused and fulfilling event spread over three days:


Tuesday 7 November – Inspiration Day

Taking place at the World HQ of manufacturing heavyweight JCB, guests at this event will hear from inspirations speakers including Joe Clarke (Olympian and Gold medallist), Ulrik Garde Due (President of Living Business at Fiskars) and Deborah McAndrew (Actress and Playwright).

This exclusive selection of speakers will provide inspirational talks on how to take your business to the next level by looking at key themes such as branding, performance and team building.  To top off the event, delegates will enjoy an exclusive buffet flown in from Lord Bamford’s estate.

Wednesday 8 November – Business Support Day

Day Two of the Festival takes place at Uttoxeter Racecourse from 8am until 8pm, and is free to attend.  The day will provide a number of brilliant learning opportunities, including the following seminars by Keele University:

Thursday 9 November – Made in Staffordshire Conference

Staffordshire’s manufacturing sector will celebrate the ‘Made in Staffordshire’ Conference on Day Three of the Festival.

Sponsored by Keele University and held at the prestigious Keele Hall, this event will bring together manufacturing firms from across the county, showcasing some of Staffordshire’s world-class manufacturers and the crucial role they play in the creation of jobs, wealth and a healthy economy.

This event will focus on areas such as accessing new markets, waste reduction and maximising innovation, and is open to Manufacturing and Engineering firms.
