Keele University Sustainability Hub
The Hub is based in the newly restored nineteenth century farm buildings of Home Farm, situated near the main entrance of the University and The Nova Centre.
The Hub will provide a physical and academic environment to facilitate sustainability agendas relevant to research, education, industry and the local/regional community. The aim is to promote exchange of expertise and collaboration in research, whilst providing access to the Keele campus.
There will be exhibit areas in the Hub showcasing green technology and sustainability research at Keele, including interactive displays and activities, as well as information on the energy efficient technologies used in the building and the history of Home Farm.
The Hub will host activities for all sectors of the local community, both on and off campus, including open days, conferences, family activities and school activities. We are looking at ways of working with local businesses, charities, schools and community groups to foster links between the academic campus and the outside world.
The Hub will be open from from 9am to 5pm. http://www.keele.ac.uk/keelehub/
